AI social media content calendar
You get a 30-day plan of social media post ideas with a theme, a topic, and a one-line hook for each day. It takes about 30 minutes with the free version of ChatGPT. You describe your business and services once, paste the prompt, and then write the posts you like.

- Two or three things your customers often ask about

I run a small [type of business] in [city]. Make a 30-day social media content calendar. Use four themes: tips, behind the scenes, customer questions, and our services. For each day give: the theme, a post idea, and a one-line opening hook. Use only these facts: [services, busy and slow days, next month's events]. Do not invent prices, offers, or customer stories. Put the plan in a table.
Steps
- List your services, your slow days, and anything coming up next month.
- Open ChatGPT, paste the prompt above, and fill in the [brackets].
- Read the table. Delete ideas you cannot photograph or do not like.
- Keep about 12 ideas and write each post yourself, or ask AI for a short draft of one idea at a time.
Test it yourself (15 minutes)
- Make up a small cleaning business in a city you know.
- Run the prompt and count how many ideas are usable without changes.
- Check that no price, offer, or event was invented.
- Note how many ideas you kept out of 30. It shows how much editing to expect.

- You can take a photo or video for each idea you keep.
- Ideas you keep sound like you.
Mistakes and limits
- AI plans ideas, not facts. Never post a price, date, or claim you did not check.
- Plans can repeat the same idea in new words. Cut duplicates.
- A 30-day plan is too much to follow every day. Pick the 12 best ideas.
Variations
- Ask for a plan for only 3 posts a week.
- Ask for a table with columns: date, theme, idea, photo to take.
